Except as otherwise provided in the contract, the seller shall bear the risk of loss of such goods until the goods are handed over to the buyer.
(2) If there is a delay in the transfer of goods due to the seller or the buyer, the person who caused the delay shall bear the risk of loss and damage to the goods as per sub-section (1).
(3) For agreeing to deliver the goods from the place of purchase to the place designated by the buyer, the seller shall bear the risk of loss of such goods, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.
