Wages Wages payable:

(1) According to section 640, when someone is employed in any work, except for the case where the worker voluntarily agrees to work without wages, the employer shall pay the worker a wage in proportion to the work.
(2) When paying wages according to sub-section (1), if a specific wage is specified with the consent of the employer and the person who works, then the same wage shall be given according to the prevailing rate in the place where the work is done.
(3) When giving wages according to sub-section (1) or (2), unless otherwise agreed between the employer and the worker, the wages must be paid after the work is completed.
(4) In determining the wages and salaries according to this clause, unless otherwise agreed between the worker and the employer, the wages and salaries shall be determined on the basis of each day of work.
