Section 49
False reporting
If any person knowingly conceals or falsifies, or knowingly submits or files a false statement for obtaining a certificate from a certifying body or for any other purpose obtaining a digital signature certificate or submitting to a certifying body for any other purpose If he does, he will be punished with a fine up to one lakh rupees or imprisonment up to two years or both.
