(1) The employee of the related establishment may file a complaint with the labor office along with proof that the balance sheet, statement or statement submitted by an establishment according to rule 3 is false.
(2) Complaints under sub-rule (1) can be made at any time after the submission of the balance sheet and profit and loss statement to the labor office and before the bonus is paid. But such a complaint cannot be made after three months from the commencement of bonus distribution. (3) According to sub-rule (1), the name of the employee who filed the complaint may be kept confidential by the labor office.
