Rule 3
Top Allowance Available
: (1) Social Security Allowance provided by the Government of Nepal in accordance with Sections 4, 5, 10 and 11 of the Act is available through the relevant local level.
(2) The Government of Nepal may provide Social Security Allowance from any local level that such person wants based on the identity card he/she has received to the designated endangered caste person by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
(3) In accordance with sub-rule (2), if the other local level has provided social security allowance, the amount of such allowance should be sent in writing to the local level where the record of the person receiving such social security allowance is available. (4) If a request is made in writing according to sub-rule (3), the concerned local level shall give a request for the amount of the allowance provided to the local level providing the social security allowance.
(2) The Government of Nepal may provide Social Security Allowance from any local level that such person wants based on the identity card he/she has received to the designated endangered caste person by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
(3) In accordance with sub-rule (2), if the other local level has provided social security allowance, the amount of such allowance should be sent in writing to the local level where the record of the person receiving such social security allowance is available. (4) If a request is made in writing according to sub-rule (3), the concerned local level shall give a request for the amount of the allowance provided to the local level providing the social security allowance.
