(1) The Trust shall have a separate fund.

(2) The fund as per sub-section (1) shall have the following amounts:–

(a) income earned or accruing from the property of the trust or the increase of such property,

(B) amount received from Nepal Government,

(c) money received by the Fund from any person or organization.

(3) The operation of the fund under sub-section (1) shall be conducted by the executive secretary or the officer designated by him and the chief officer related to the accounts of the fund.
