(1) To manage and protect the assets of the trust and operate the trust, there will be a board of trustees as follows -

“(1) To manage and protect the assets of the trust and operate the trust as follows: The committee will consist of:- (a) a Minister-Chairman of the Government of Nepal appointed by the Prime Minister (b) to see the relevant areas of the office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers Secretary - Member (c) ) Executive Secretary, Office of Nepal Trust - Member (d) Three persons including one woman appointed or designated by the Government of Nepal - Member (e) Joint Secretary of the Office of Nepal Trust - Member -Secretary”

(b) After the word “citizen” in sub-section (2), the words “under clause (d) of sub-section (1)” are added.

( (c) At the beginning of sub-section (3), the words "under clause (d) of sub-section (1)" have been added. After the words "notwithstanding", the words "as per clause (d) of sub-section (1)" have been added.
