: In addition to the work, duties and rights mentioned in the constitution of Trade Union Association and Trade Union Federation, other work, duties and rights of Trade Union Association and Trade Union Federation shall be as follows:-< br> (a) To conduct necessary work, actions and programs for the achievement of the objectives of trade union association and trade union federation as per sub-section (2) of section 9,
(b) To compel its members to participate in the elections of trade union association and trade union federation (c) To compel its members to follow the decisions of trade union association and trade union federation (d) Representing all workers in important and national-level labor dispute related policy matters, negotiating with the Government of Nepal, various types of business associations and federations and institutions, and adopting necessary measures to resolve labor disputes,
(e) Negotiating with the relevant establishments and managers on behalf of the trade union at the establishment level,
(f) Establishing and operating various types of funds for the benefit and welfare of workers,
(G) To publicize the facts of the harassment of workers and trade unions and to alert the relevant establishments as necessary.
