The address of the addressee or the sender is not clearly written
The address of the addressee or the sender is not clearly written or the addressee and the sender cannot be traced for any reason should be sent to the return letter box. If someone suspects that the address of the postal item that he is supposed to receive is incomplete and has not been received, he can check the return letter box and make an inquiry.
