Section 13
The Divisional Forest Officer and the Committee shall have the right of the court
in order to decide on any matter brought before it in accordance with this paragraph, to summon the concerned persons and their witnesses, to understand, to give deadlines and to obtain documents from them. It will be for both the officers and the committee.
