Data collection
(1) In order to achieve its objectives and perform its work, the bank may collect the necessary data from itself or from the Government of Nepal or other agencies. For this purpose, the bank may seek assistance from official persons, associations, organizations and international associations and organizations within or outside of Nepal. .
