(1) After the term of office of the members of the consumer group, committee and council expires, an ad hoc committee will be formed to form another consumer group, committee and council. The following persons will be in such committee -
(a) Protection Officer - Coordinator
(b) Three members, one male and one female, from among the persons who do not want to stand for any position in the group or committee. (c) Office Secretary of the Office of the Council - Member-Secretary
(2) When appointing members as per clause (b) of sub-rule (1), the conservation officer shall appoint them according to the recommendation of the council.
(3) The ad hoc committee should form consumer groups, committees and councils three months before the end of the working period of the council.
(4) The council constituted as per sub-rule (1) shall assume its responsibility from the date of expiry of the term of office of the previous council.
