Rule 30
Payment and recovery of outstanding dues
: (1) According to section 79 of the Act, the cooperative organization shall adopt the following procedure while collecting the dues of the person to be collected by auction and collecting the remaining dues of the cooperative organization according to section 83. 2.
(a) To pay the remaining arrears, to pay in the name of the person who has been determined to be paid within thirty-five days except for the term of the way, to pay the amount to be paid, to pay the amount to be paid. (3) Even when requested in writing, if the representative of any office according to sub-rule (2) is not present, then the present representative and the representative of the ward office of the local level shall be witnesses.
(4) The person whose movable property is to be sold by auction must be sent a notice of attendance specifying the time and place of the auction sale. However, even if the interested person is not present on the day of the auction sale, it will not be considered as an obstacle to the auction sale.
