Rule 92
Mention of salary
(1) Wherever salary is mentioned in this regulation, it will refer to the immediate salary amount (including salary increase) of the concerned military person.
(2) For the purposes of rules 79 and 80, 'final pay' shall mean the pay of the concerned military person in the state of retirement and if any military person is under suspension at the time of such retirement, the full pay shall be calculated for such period also.
