(1) Training committee meetings will be held as required.
(2) If fifty percent of the total number of members of the training committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the training committee will be considered.
(3) The meeting of the training committee will be presided over by the chairman of the training committee and in his absence, a member chosen by the members present in the meeting will preside over the meeting.
(4) In the meeting of the training committee, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding may cast the deciding vote.
(5) The decision of the training committee will be verified by the member-secretary of the training committee.
(6) Other procedures related to the meeting of the training committee shall be as determined by the training committee itself.
