Section 152
Third party insurance

(1) If a third party or any of his property is damaged in any way due to a vehicle accident, the owner or manager of the vehicle must insure the third party for the specified amount for the purpose of compensating for the loss.
(2) If a third party or any of his property is damaged due to a vehicle accident, he or his rightful owner shall receive the amount as per sub-section (1) for the compensation of that loss.
(3) According to sub-section (1), if a vehicle driven by a third party or without comprehensive insurance has an accident and any third party or his/her property is damaged, the insurance amount to be received by the third party or his/her rightful person due to the loss according to sub-section (1) shall be paid by the vehicle owner or manager to him or his/her rightful person. Compensation should be given.
