(1) When a detainee or prisoner is transferred from one prison to another prison, the detainee or prisoner must disclose the name, surname, nationality, plaintiff's name, case, date of imprisonment or imprisonment, date of release, hulia, name and number or section of the law under which the sentence was imposed. (2) The prison office should send information about the transfer of prisoners or detainees from other prisons to the prison management department.
