(1) In case the prisoner or detainee is not able to escape, his name, surname, nationality and date of imprisonment, including his identity card, should be notified in writing to the District Police Office, District Administration Office and the detention center.
(2) If the absconding person is caught, he should be sent to the district court and action should be taken against the absconding person according to the law.
