Rule 87
Denial of Service Facility to Persons Pending Penalty
(1) The court may send the details of the charges of the persons who are yet to be charged with fines to the local level, the police office and other related agencies that regulate and distribute public services for the purpose of collecting them. | (2) The authorities responsible for the regulation and distribution of public services under sub-rule (1) shall also send a written notice to the person mentioned in the attachment to stop the service provided by such body until the collection of the fee.
(3) If a request is made according to sub-rule (2), it will be the duty of the concerned body to do so.
