(1) If a hotel, lodge, restaurant and resort or bar is operated without registration as per Section 10, or if any word or sign is used in violation of Sub-section (1) of Section 14, or if any contact is made with tourists, up to ten thousand rupees for the first time, The government of Nepal can fine from ten thousand rupees to thirty thousand rupees for the second time and from thirty thousand rupees to fifty thousand rupees for every second amendment after the third time.
(2) If any word or sign is used in violation of sub-section (2) of section 14, the Government of Nepal may suspend or cancel the registration of such hotel.
(3) According to section 12, if anyone obstructs the staff assigned by the Government of Nepal to inspect hotels, lodges, restaurants and resorts or bars or to test the food and drink used therein, the Government of Nepal may fine such person up to ten thousand rupees.
(4) A person who is not satisfied with the order given by the Government of Nepal in accordance with sub-section (1), (2) or (3) may appeal to the High Court within thirty-five days.
