(1) "Government of Nepal or State Government" may punish the person who commits the following offense as follows.
(a) If he works as a street demonstrator without obtaining a license as per section 39, a fine of up to four thousand rupees, or (b) If he continues to work as a street demonstrator without renewing his license as per section 41, a fine of up to two thousand rupees.
(2) The Government of Nepal may impose a fine of up to one thousand rupees if any guide does not comply with this Act or the rules or orders issued under this Act except as stated in sub-section (1). can complain before b.
