(1) If any person intentionally or maliciously causes damage to the institution or does anything to cause it without doing any work that he is required to do in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act, he shall be imprisoned for up to three years or three thousand shall be punished with a fine up to Rs. (2) If any person uses the name of the institute in any prospectus or advertisement without obtaining the written approval of the institute, he shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with a fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both. If such auditor obstructs the work or fails to provide the documents or information requested by law without any valid reason, he shall be fined up to one thousand rupees. If he violates this Act or any other rule made under this Act, he will be fined up to one thousand rupees.
