(1) If someone constructs a joint housing building without taking approval as per Section 5, the authorized officer may fine such person or organization up to one lakh rupees and order the demolition of such constructed building.
(2) If a founder does not construct a joint housing building in accordance with the approved authority, map, structural design, plan and the standards and standards prescribed by him, if the building is damaged, such founder shall be fined from one lakh rupees to five lakh rupees and such joint housing building will be demolished due to technical errors. If it is proved that someone has been harmed, the victim can also claim compensation from the founder.
(3) If a person knowingly violates any order or instruction issued in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act, or if he does not take any action that he is supposed to do, or if he takes action that should not be done, the authorized officer may fine him up to fifty thousand rupees depending on the amount of the offense. And if he commits such a crime again and again, he will be fined five thousand rupees.
