(1) The Selection Committee will invite applications from the concerned persons by publishing a notice in a national level newspaper giving a deadline of at least seven days for the purpose of establishing the merit order for selection in the scholarship.

(2) Sub-rules (1) The following information should be disclosed:-

(a) The university or educational institution that gave the examination,

(b) Minimum Educational Qualification,

(c) Rule 10A. Details of the scholarship reserved as per,

(d) Recommendations and other documents to be submitted with the application,

(e) Form of application and place of filing,

(f) Application form,

(g) mode of submission of application,

(h) last day and time for submission of application,

(i) Other essentials related to the application.
