(1) If the registrar conducts the necessary investigation and finds that the requirements of this Act have been fulfilled in the application registered in accordance with section 12, the name of the applicant shall be sent to the committee for the purpose of conducting the engineering professional registration examination.
(2) If anything is unclear during the investigation according to sub-section (1), the registrar may demand necessary evidence or documents from the concerned applicant.
