Rule 7
Examination on application

(1) The Director General shall conduct the necessary investigation on the application submitted under Rule 4, 5 or 6 as to whether the applicant has submitted the required documents, details or report as per the Act and this Regulation.
(2) If the applicant has not submitted any document, statement or report that should be submitted with the application during the investigation according to sub-rule (1), then the relevant applicant shall be notified within 15 days from the date of submission of the application to set the deadline for the reasonable waiver to submit such document, statement or report. br> (3) In accordance with sub-rule (2), if the Power Development Department has given a deadline notice for submitting any documents or reports, the date on which such documents are received shall be considered as the date of application for the purposes of sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Act.
