A person who wants to participate in the competition according to the advertisement published in accordance with Section 27 and Rule 7 of the Act shall fill out the application form as determined by the Commission along with the necessary examination fee and submit the application form at the place specified by the Commission within the deadline mentioned in the advertisement.
