(1) After the publication of the results of the written examination conducted by the Commission, any candidate may re-use any or all of his/her written examination papers, mentioning the letter to be re-used and attaching half of the prescribed examination fee for that post within seven days of the publication of the results of the written examination. (2) If an application is received according to sub-rule (1), the head of the relevant office of the Commission shall re-use the marks obtained in the written examination and inform the applicant of the result.
(3) If it is found that the applicant's name should be included in the written test results during re-use according to sub-rule (2), it will be included in the results according to sub-rule (1) of rule 24.
