Section 130
<br> who can file a petition against the bench order
In accordance with section 128, the party who is not satisfied with the matter of the hearing by the concerned officer may file a petition within seven days from the date of the hearing before the judge of such court and, if the judge himself has heard the hearing of the appeal, before the court hearing the appeal, requesting an order to register the document submitted by him.
(2) Within fifteen days from the date of submission of the application according to sub-section (1), the judge of the relevant court or the court hearing the appeal shall issue an order regarding whether the law is acceptable or not.
(3) Before making an order in accordance with sub-section (2), the court hearing the appeal may, with or without payment of a bailiff, hold a hearing regarding whether or not such bench is in accordance with the law, and if the hearing does not appear to be in accordance with the law, it will order the bench to register the requested document.
(4) If there is an order according to sub-section (3), after receiving such order, the presiding officer shall register such document on the same day.
(5) During the hearing according to sub-section (3), if it is found that such a bench is in accordance with the law, the court hearing the appeal may order that the proceedings on such petition be terminated.
