Rule 11
Provisions regarding Registration Officers
: (1) The Board may appoint the required number of Registration Officers to conduct the program at the local level. (2) The duties, duties and rights of the registered officer appointed as per sub-rule (1) shall be as follows:-
(a) Insurance articles with contribution amount: Registration and renewal, making,
(b) Conducting public awareness programs about the program (c) Resolve in case of dispute in the identity of the insured and if not resolved, send in writing to the Board for decision,
(d) Employing the registration assistant in the registration, renewal or other related work of the insurance policy,
(e) To monitor and supervise the work of registered assistants,
(f) To perform other tasks as prescribed by the Board.
(3) Qualification, recruitment process, remuneration and other conditions and facilities of the registration officer shall be as determined by the Board.
