: If the subject or the context does not mean otherwise. In this regulation,-
(a) Act” means the Health Insurance Act; 2074 should be remembered.
(b). "Programme" means the health insurance program under section 5 of the Act.
(c) "Registering Officer" means a person appointed under rule 11;
(d) “Registration Assistant” means a person appointed under rule 12;
(e) "Identity card" means the identity card issued to the insured for joining the program in accordance with sub-rule (1) of rule 6.
(f) _Establishment" means any company, private firm, partnership firm, cooperative organization or association or any other organization of a similar nature established in accordance with prevailing laws for the purpose of conducting industry, business or service whether or not making profit.
(g. "First service point" means the health institution chosen by the insured to receive health services first in accordance with sub-rule (1) of rule 7.
(h) "Insurance" means a health insurance policy issued under rule 6.
(i) "Local level" means rural municipality or municipality.
(h) "Healthcare worker" shall mean a doctor or other health worker who is registered in accordance with the prevailing law and provides health examination, treatment or medicine prescription.
