(1) The pre-qualification documents sold, the documents related to bids or the registered records of the offer of consulting services shall be kept separately.
(2) If the bidder or the proposer himself or his representative brings a proposal for pre-qualification, a bid or a proposal for consulting services to be submitted, he should be given an understanding of the date and time.
(3) Bye-law
on the outer envelope of the tender received in accordance with sub-rule (2). According to (1), the registration number registered in the registration book should be mentioned.
(4) After the time for sale and registration of bids is over, the authorized officer or the authorized employee designated by him shall sign the receipt as per sub-rule (1) and close the receipt.
