Section 13
<br> to keep register book
In relation to the child employed in the establishment, the manager shall keep a register book containing the following details:-
(a) Name and address of the child,
(b) name and address of father, mother or guardian,
(c) date of birth or age,
(d) Date of employment,
(e) Nature of work,
(f) Hours to be worked,
(g) Rest time,
(h) Remuneration and other benefits, and
(i) Other matters as specified.
(2) The registration book as per sub-section (1) shall be allowed to be seen by the establishment when requested by the employee who has come from the labor office.
