(1) For the purpose of registering the doctor's name as permanent, temporary, trial and specialist in the Council, separate registration books for permanent, temporary, trial and specialist registration shall be kept in the format as per Schedule-3, 4, 5 and 6 respectively.
(2) The registration book as per sub-rule (1) can be kept in both Nepali and English languages. In the Nepali language registration book, the first letter of the name will be registered and in the English language registration book, the first letter of the surname will be registered in alphabetical order.
(3) Records related to name registration in the council will be kept and updated in the electronic system.
