Rule 56
<br> to be registered and paid
The public body shall keep records of pre-qualification documents, bid documents or the sale and registration of proposals for consulting services separately.
(2) If the bidder or proposer himself or his representative brings a proposal for pre-qualification, a bid or a proposal for consulting services, the public body shall accept it and give him compensation with the date and time open.
(3) In the outer envelope of the tender received as per sub-rule (2), the public body shall mention the registration number registered in the registration book as per sub-rule (1).
(4) After the time for bidding sale and registration is over, the head of the relevant public body or the authorized employee designated by him shall sign the book as per sub-rule (1) and close the book.
