Section 60
Cancellation of registration
: (1) Nepal Rastra Bank may advise the registrar to cancel such bank if it is found that the co-operative bank is unable to pay its debts and external liabilities.
(2) Nepal Rastra Bank shall give such co-operative bank at least fifteen days of cleaning time before giving consultation as per sub-section (1).
(3) If a consultation is received to cancel the registration in accordance with sub-section (1), the registrar shall cancel the registration and appoint a liquidator in accordance with section 89.
