: (1) If there is no situation mentioned in sub-section (1) of section 15, if the applicant refuses to make the amendment within the period of giving notice for amendment of the regulation according to the same section, if the regulation is not amended within thirty days from the date of receiving such notice or if the notice mentions If the regulations are not amended accordingly, the registrar or an officer authorized by the registrar may refuse to register such a cooperative.
(2) In case of refusal to register a cooperative organization in accordance with sub-section (1), the registrar or the officer authorized by the registrar shall disclose the reason in writing and give the information to the concerned applicant within three days.
