: (1) In order to register a national sports association or a federation, in addition to the documents mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 26 of the Act, an application must be submitted to the council in the format as per schedule-2 by attaching the following documents and the form as per schedule-1. :-
(a) National Games: Evidence of association or confederation with international sports association or confederation related to the same sports association,
(b) Certified copy of the citizenship of all the members of the working committee of the National Sports Association or Federation,
(c) A copy of the decision made regarding the registration of such sports association or federation.
(2) Upon examination of the application received under sub-rule (1), if the council decides to register such sports association or general association in accordance with sub-section (4) of section 26 of the Act, such decision shall be registered with the council within fifteen days and a certificate of registration will be given to the applicant in the format as per schedule-3. .
(3) If the Council decides not to register any Sadha or Mahasadha according to Sub-Section (8) of Section 26 of the Act, the Member-Secretary shall inform the relevant Sports Association within five days from the date of such decision.
