(1) The concerned body shall inform the Ministry within fifteen days from the date of registering the business of a person or organization as a battery trader or giving approval or permission to do so.
(2) The concerned body shall provide the details of the battery businessmen who have registered battery business before the commencement of this rule or have obtained approval or permission to do so, to the Ministry within thirty days from the date of commencement of this rule.
