(1) According to Section 20 - If the certificate of registration provided is lost or destroyed in any way or if it is proved that it cannot be used, the concerned person shall submit an application to the office of the concerned local registrar.
(2) If the application made in accordance with sub-section (1) is deemed appropriate, the concerned local registrar will issue a copy of the certificate of registration with the prescribed fee.
