Section 20
Duties, Duties and Rights of Parties
(1) The work, duties and rights to be performed by the party under the Constitution, this Act and prevailing laws shall be mentioned in the relevant legislation.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of sub-section (1), the party may, in particular, do or cause the following to be done:-
(a) Actions related to the strengthening of a competitive multi-party, federal democratic republican system,
(B) Bringing the country's economic, social or cultural development policies, plans and programs to the public (c) Contributing to the development of a free and prosperous economy by making the national economy independent, independent and progressive,
(d) Enhancing the political awareness of the people as a catalyst representative of political or civic development,
(e) To develop a culture of party consensus and coordination,
(f) Identifying the rights, interests and concerns of citizens and making necessary efforts to address the practice of such rights, interests and concerns,
(g) Contributing to the creation of an egalitarian society by ending all forms of social discrimination, violence, untouchability or discrimination,
(h) To take necessary initiatives in the governmental or non-governmental sector to implement the right of the citizens to good governance in practice and to support the government mechanism for that purpose,
(i) Doing or causing other necessary work for the promotion, development or strengthening of democracy,
(j) Enhancing social harmony and unity,
(k) Conducting and conducting programs that encourage the development of voluntary spirit, promotion of sovereignty, human rights, social justice, peace and non-violence,
(l) Assisting in pre-preparation work by conducting disaster risk reduction education campaign,
(d) Providing other necessary assistance including search, rescue, assistance, rehabilitation during national calamities,
(l) To do the work mentioned in his election manifesto,
(n) To assist in the program run by the commission.
(3) The party shall perform the work, perform the duty, exercise the right or perform the role as per sub-section (1) or (2).He will be able to do the following:-
(a) To publicize its policies, programs, plans or strategies or to spread propaganda on the same,
(b) Forming or having an organization affiliated with him in accordance with prevailing laws,
(c) organize peaceful processions, public meetings or rallies as necessary to implement or carry out its policies, programs or plans,
(d) To do other necessary work to fulfill its purpose.
