The party may not do or cause any of the following:-
(a) disturbing the sovereignty, geographical integrity, nationality and independence of Nepal,
(b) espionage against the nation, causing,
(c) breaching national privacy,
(d) Assisting any foreign state, organization or representative to harm the security of Nepal,
(e) committing treason,
(f) disturbing the good relations between the federal units,
(g) inciting ethnic or communal hatred or disrupting harmony between different castes, castes, religions and sects,
(h) banning Nepali citizens from getting membership of the party on the basis of caste, language, religion, sect or gender or granting membership only to persons of any caste, language, religion, sect or gender,
(i) Discrimination between citizens,
(j) inciting acts of violence,
(k) Acts repugnant to public morals,
(l) carrying out processions, gatherings or protesting with weapons such as maces, spears or explosives or sticks, batons,
(d) using or causing to encroach on any government, public or community property without the prior approval of the authorized officer,
(d) vandalizing, damaging or causing damage to government, public, community or private property, (n) Disrupting the delivery of public services causing inconvenience to the general public,
(p) Using children in political activities,
(th) Doing or causing any other work that should not be done by the party according to the prevailing law.
