The forest produce seized in connection with the offense under this Act or the tools and other instruments used to commit such offense shall be submitted to the officer hearing the case as evidence.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if the seized forest products, tools and other instruments cannot be presented before the officer hearing the case as evidence, such evidence shall be placed in the custody of the nearest forest office, and if a bond is submitted, the evidence shall be submitted. shall be considered the same.
(3) In accordance with sub-section (2), where the evidence is kept, the officer looking into the case may take action after taking the door khatai report.
