: (1) Delay fee for personal incident registration taken according to rule 17, Duplicate fee of personal incident registration certificate taken according to rule 21 and fee related to personal incident registration and civil record book according to rule 24 It should be deposited in the revenue account of the local level. However, such receipts received from the Nepali Mission should be deposited in the Rajdh account of the Government of Nepal.
(2) Other than those required to be deposited in the revenue account of the relevant local level according to sub-rule (1), other duties or fees collected in accordance with this regulation shall be deposited in the revenue account of the Government of Nepal.
