Section 408
Cancellation of donation or box
The donation or box given under this paragraph shall automatically be canceled in any of the following cases:-
(a) If the person receiving donation or box does not accept the property of donation or box by himself or through his representative,
(b) If the person who receives the donation or box dies before the person who gave the donation or box, or if the institution receiving the donation or box is dissolved,
(c) Donation or gift of property to an unborn child if such child is not born alive,
(d) If the donation or box is not effective and the property according to the donation or box is destroyed so that it ceases to exist.
