Rule 104A
Donations, gifts, donations, etc. should not be accepted
(1) No military person, including his family member, shall accept any kind of donation, bribe or gift from any native or foreigner without the prior approval of the Government of Nepal in such a way that it may have any kind of effect on the government work or ask for donations or take any position with the person related to the government work.
(2) If a military person comes to receive any gift from a foreign government or a representative of a foreign government, he should notify the Nepal government of one hundred things and do as prescribed.
