Section 5

Appointment and Powers of Grain Inspectors

(1) For the purposes of this Act, the "Government of Nepal and the State Government" shall appoint or appoint grain inspectors.
(2) Except as stated in other sections of this Act, the work, duties and rights of the grain inspection shall be as prescribed.
