In this Act unless the subject or context otherwise requires-
(a) "Feed material" shall mean any food or drink made from animal, bird and fish food or a combination of food.
(b) "contaminated grain material" means grain material in any of the following conditions.
(1) Granular material in which the quantity of the main base has been reduced or any other substance has been mixed to be less than the level determined in accordance with section 10,
(2) feed material kept or prepared in a rotten, rotten or filthy or poisonous condition injurious to birds, fowls and fish,
(3) The whole or part of the feed material made from any diseased or diseased animal, bird or noxious plant,
(4) Grain material which is lower than the minimum required quality specified in the rules or orders made or issued under this Act or if the maximum quality is specified, it is higher than that.
(c) "Feed inspector" means the appointed or designated grain inspector as per section 5.
(d) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules or orders made or issued under this Act.
