(1) If it is suspected that any cereal is contaminated, the inspector of cereals can seal such cereal and hand it over to the owner of that cereal and take compensation from him.
(2) After it is determined by the laboratory test that the suspended grain material is contaminated according to sub-section (1), the grain inspection officer may confiscate the grain material and if such grain material has to be destroyed, the owner of the grain material shall also bear the cost of destroying it.
