: If there is any dispute regarding the process of payment of claims received through the Insurance Management Information System for the amount due for the service provided by the service provider under the program, the Board shall investigate the matter and make a recommendation for the purpose of one of the following claims A review and evaluation committee should be constituted:-
(a) Specialist Medical Coordinator (b) Radiologist - Member
(c) Pathologist - Member
(d) Nursing Officer - Member (e) Pharmacist - Member
(f) Public Health Expert - Member
(g) Officers of authorized level of the Board – Member-Secretary
